Mia has been active in different humanitarian projects. Among those was organising and helping to set up the very first day care centre in Romania which integrated children with special needs.
In 2000, Mia co-founded the Massage in Schools Programme along with her Canadian colleague Sylvie Hétu. They co-authored "Massage in Schools Manual for Instructors" in 2000 and "Touch in Schools: A Revolutionary Strategy to Replace Bullying by Respect and to Reduce Violence" in 2010.
Mia is passionate about bringing nurturing and respectful touch to all children in all schools.
Sylvie has co-founded the Massage in Schools Programme (2000) along with her Swedish colleague Mia Elmsäter. Sylvie is the co-author of the Massage in Schools Manual for Instructors (2000), author of The Song of the Child (2004), co-author of Touch in Schools: a Revolutionary Strategy to Replace Bullying by Respect and to Reduce Violence (2010), has a published chapter (The Myth of Early Stimulation for Babies) in the book Too Much too Soon (2011), and her most recent book Facilitating IAIM classes (2012) serves infant massage instructors. She is currently working on three other books and continues to train and lecture worldwide. She is passionate about the idea of marrying ancient traditions with modern scientific and humanistic knowledge for improving humanity’s well-being.
Feeling very close to children, he enjoys sharing his passion for massage and movement. Pierre has been a MISP Trainer since 2007.

She followed her heart and made a unique career from this. She is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) and Massage in Schools Instructor and International Trainer with the Massage in Schools Association (MISA).Jashpreet also conducts awareness talks regularly and is an Author with her first book, Cuddles of Love, published in 2015.
Jashpreet has also assisted schools in implementing the Massage in Schools Programme (MISP) and done various activities with parents and their children. She hopes to see more children in school allowed to learn in a more relaxed and less stressful manner for their mental and emotional well-being and MISP can provide that platform. She brings her enthusiasm when she trains MISP instructors around the world and truly believes that this programme is impressive and every child needs touch as a human being for the betterment of our society.
She worked in early childhood nursing and education department in Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology as a professor since 2002.Yueh-Ing works closely with kindergarten teachers in China and Taiwan.
She is passionate about the idea of promoting children’ well-being.
